Hi
I've finally been able to get some shopping in so it will be easier to meal plan this week
Sunday-Corned beef casserole
Monday-Bovril and cheese chicken breasts with stir fried veg
Tuesday-Sausage, egg and chips or ham and cheese omellettes
Wednesday-Grilled halloumi stir fry
Thursday-Fish pie and peas, cauliflower
Friday-Lamb dinner with the works
Saturday-Tortilla pizza or nasi goreng
Going to make a big batch of vegetable soup for lunches and have loads in for breakfasts.
Just the lamb left to buy as Aldi don't get them in until Monday.

I've defrosted a load of turkey and boiled a pile of eggs in prep for the coming week.
It's only a 4 day week next week thanks to easter, so I think I'm going to plate up turkey roasts and have a very boring few days.
Monday to Thursday: Breakfasts will be boiled eggs; Lunch will likely be tomato soup, possibly with some cheese and pickles as a snack, and a selection of fruit; Dinners will be turkey with sweet potato, carrots and broccoli.
Friday I think I'll make a curry.
Not exciting, but easy and relatively healthy. That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

Hello all
My plan for this week will involve using up what I have in so I can do a big shop over the long weekend.
Sun - I've got a big pan of lamb stew on, using up RTC lamb pieces, carrots, swede, courgettes and some barley. I'll serve with some boiled new potatoes. Several portions will go in the freezer.
Mon - Leftover lamb stew and potatoes
Tues - Spaghetti with spinach, bacon and mascarpone
Wed - Same
Thurs - Same
Fri - Chicken fried rice with curry
The rest of the weekend I don't have planned as yet, not sure if I 'll be here or staying with family. Plenty of frozen ready meals if I'm in.
Breakfasts and lunches will be whatever's in the cupboard-
pancakes with maple syrup, new potatoes, crackers with ham and cheese, baked potatoes with tuna.
Yogurt and fruit for snacks.0 -
